Halloween Weekend is taking over Rosarito Beach! 🎃🔥
Pull up October 30–November 1, 2026, for three days and nights of nonstop parties, wild costumes, contests, prizes, and pure Halloween chaos. Everyone gets 4 hours of ALL YOU CAN DRINK!!

HOW OLD DO YOU HAVE TO BE TO ATTEND PAPAS&BEER?
Our events is 18+. You must be 18 years of age or older; adults only. No exceptions.
WHAT ARE RECOMMENDED PLACES TO STAY?
The Oceana Hotel, Rosarito Beach Hotel, and The Festival Plaza are 3 great options when visiting Rosarito. With ocean views, amenities, and walking distance to Papas&Beer, it doesn’t get much better.
Vacation rentals are also a great option! You can rent a beach house on Airbnb or VRBO in one of the nearby gated communities with your friends and be just a quick 5 minute taxi ride away.
WILL SHUTTLE RIDES BE AVAILABLE?
Yes, Round-Trip Shuttle Transportation to and from San Ysidro to Papas&Beer, with expedited re-entry into the United States will be available. Available for only $45, and can be purchased at check out as an add-on, or here.

WHAT SCHEDULE DO SHUTTLES HAVE?
Departure: Friday (1pm / 2pm / 4pm) and Saturday (10:30am / 12pm)
Return: Sunday (12:30pm / 5pm) and Monday* (12:30pm / 5pm
*Mondays are available for certain specified events, which includes Labor Day Weekend.
DO YOU HAVE SAME DAY TRIP?
Yes, there’s same day option in case you want to party during the day and go back home at night
IF I ALREADY HAVE A PARTY PACKAGE, CAN I STILL BUY A SHUTTLE PASS?

WHAT IS A PAPAS PASS?
A papas pass is an extended open bar option with extra P&B goodies. When purchasing you have 8 more hours of fun, 4 hours Friday and 4 hours Saturday from 8pm-12am each day plus mimosas from 10am-12pm Sunday. As goodies you have the opportunity of acquiring a yardstick and a special edition t-shirts designed just for the event
